Here's what you get when you purchase a license or an annual maintenance plan.

A. License

  • Per-user license
    Fanurio is licensed per user and not per computer. The licensed user can install and run the application on one, two or more computers.
  • Perpetual license
    You can use the license with the version available at the time when the order is placed forever. Access to new versions is granted through an annual maintenance plan (see below).
  • Free bug fix updates
    You get free bug fix updates for your version even if your annual maintenance plan has expired.
  • Money-back guarantee
    If you are not satisfied with our product and services, we offer you a full refund within 90 days from your purchase. Please send us an email and we will refund your purchase immediately.

B. Annual maintenance plan

  • Free support and updates
    The annual maintenance plan grants you free access to application updates (major and minor) and technical support for one year. If your maintenance plan expires, you will no longer have access to technical support and updates but you will still be able to use the application and receive bug fix updates.
  • Renewals and extensions
    You can renew your maintenance plan at anytime. If you renew it before it expires, the maintenance plan is extended with one more year and costs less. If you renew it after it expires, the new maintenance plan starts on the day when it is renewed.
