A perpetual license allows you to use the licensed version and its bug fixes forever.
Access to new versions is granted through an annual maintenance plan. All our licenses include free support and updates for one year.
What is an annual maintenance plan?
An annual maintenance plan provides access to technical support and updates for one year. When the maintenance plan expires, you have access to the last version released before the plan expired and to all its bug fixes.
The annual maintenance plan may be renewed before it expires or within 14 days after it expires at a discounted price. The new maintenance plan starts right after the old one expires. This option is recommended to users who want to receive constant updates.
The annual maintenance plan may also be renewed at any time after it expires but for the full price. The new maintenance plan starts when it is renewed. This option is recommended to users with an expired maintenance plan who need to use the latest version.
My annual maintenance plan is about to expire. Do I need to renew it in order to continue to use Fanurio?
No, the annual maintenance plan is optional and you should renew it only if you want free support and updates for another year.
What happens if I don't renew the annual maintenance plan?
If you don't renew the annual maintenance plan, you will no longer have access to support and new versions released after it expires. However, you will still be able to use the version available when the plan expired and you can also download any future bug fixes for that version.
Do I need the standalone or the server version?
If you need to use Fanurio with others on a team then you need the server version.
If you need to use Fanurio on multiple computers just for yourself then you will probably want to use the server version to keep your data synchronized. See this page to learn why.

Do I need a separate license for each computer?
If you purchase a standalone license, the licensed user can install and run the application on an unlimited number of computers.
If you purchase a server license, you can run Fanurio in server mode on one computer (server) and in client mode on an unlimited number of computers (clients).
What payment methods do you accept?
Our orders are safely processed by Avangate. They accept a variety of payment options such as credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal and can handle invoicing in different currencies.
Can I get a refund after purchasing a license?
If you are not satisfied with our product and services, we offer you a full refund within 90 days from your purchase. Please send us an email and we will refund your purchase immediately.
I can't find my license key. Can you resend it to me?
Sure! Just send us the email address used when purchasing your license or your order reference number and we’ll send it to you.
